The Asian Development Bank was the largest project at the time in Manila, covering 6.5 hectares with a 130,000 sq metre building designed to house up to 2,400 staff.

Stuart has worked on a huge variety of projects across the UK and Asia. One of his projects was the new HQ for the Asian Development Bank in Manila. As project manager he steered the development through typhoons and the political upheaval of the President Marcos military coup.
